Kelsey Craven is an Associate at Stebner Gertler & Guadagni. Her practice primarily focuses on cases of elder abuse and neglect, especially those involving bedsores, falls, sexual abuse, and other serious injuries or deaths in nursing homes and assisted living facilities across California. She passionately advocates for the elderly and their families by seeking justice for the harm they’ve endured and pushing for lasting change in the long-term care industry.

Kelsey has been selected as a Super Lawyer Rising Star from 2023-2025, was awarded Santa Clara County Trial Lawyer Association’s 2024 Trial Team of the Year with Karman Guadagni and Kirsten Fish, and was awarded San Francisco Trial Lawyer Association’s 2025 Trial Lawyer of the Year with Karman Guadagni. She is also the President of Legal Assistance for Seniors, a non-profit that provides free legal representation and advice, health insurance counseling, and community education to qualified Alameda County residents.
