If your loved one is in immediate danger, call 911. If the concern is not an emergency, take photos when appropriate, write down dates and names, save communications with the facility, request medical records, and report the concern to the facility administrator. You may also contact the Turlock Police Department, Stanislaus County Adult Protective Services, the Long-Term Care Ombudsman, or the California Department of Public Health.
