If an older adult is in immediate danger, call 911 right away. For ongoing concerns about abuse, neglect, or financial exploitation occurring in a private home or the community, report it to Sonoma County Adult Protective Services (APS) at (707) 565-5940. If the abuse is taking place within a Santa Rosa nursing home, assisted living, or memory care facility, you should contact the Sonoma County Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program at (707) 526-4108.
